I have known Jim Ford for 14 years. He is a gentleman, a professional and was the person instrumental in getting Save Our Homes, CAPIT and Portability to the ballot for all of the citizen homeowners of Brevard County. He has demonstrated himself to be a man of high integrity in all the dealings I have had with him and I highly recommend and endorse him for re-election as Property Appraiser.

As Chairman of The Ronald Reagan Assembly Space Coast, I personally endorse the re-election of Jim Ford as our Brevard County Property Appraiser. Mr. Ford has been THE friend of the taxpayers since taking office in 1988, with his efforts to help get Save Our Homes on the ballot by petition initiative, which we approved as voters. His efforts on the Brevard Charter have resulted in CAPIT (Overturned, but not dead -we get a second chance in November).

There is still much to be done in the ad valorem assessment laws by the legislature and the people. We need a knowledgeable property appraiser to enact these changes as they occur correctly on implementation.

Jim Ford has earned his position as our Property Appraiser and we need to return this consummate public servant to office and service to the citizens of Brevard.
